  Horrible service..took 20 minutes to get a drink order placed at the bar. (On a Wednesday night) Very dark and dingy, sticky bar(not to mention the gnats flying around the bar area!) Drink glasses weren't clean I could see previous people's lipstick on my glass (Ew)! took another 25 minutes to place a food order. The burger was good but not how I ordered it. This place isn't like any other Fridays I have ever been to, little to no "flare" on the walls. Very boring, horrible music. By the time I got my drink I was ready to leave but I was so hungry I decided to wait for my food. I can tell you this I will never return to this establishment.(3-29-2017)

  I don't understand why I came back, the past three times I have came here has been absolutely terrible. The service is the worst I have ever experienced. There are at least ten tables that have seating for 6 and they refused to allow people to sit in that section because an employee called off. Waited 20 minutes to be seated, and then the service was absolutely terrible. Hostess smug and rude when asked about the vacant tables.. poor management, poor training for their employees, and the costumer comes last. I would go to a cheap fast food place before ever returning to this dump. And the floors were filthy. No stars, this place sucks. 03/19/2017 if looking for a place like this go to Applebee's.
