  We went there for an early dinner 4pm ish and it took an hour and a half. The ice in the pop had dirt in it. And the last time we were there a month ago and the chicken quesadillas were stale baren't any chicken and barely any cheese. It's getting worse and my husband wanted the BBQ plate with ribs and chicken etc and they didn't have ribs. So today was the last time we will ever eat at chili's. so we will recommend that no one goes to chili's anymore. The waitress Jennifer was the only nice thing about the restaurant.

  Came in for lunch on Friday 2-24-17. Wasn't very busy and many tables were open. Waited over 5 minutes while hostess was in the back. No I'm sorry for your wait or I'm sorry at all just "you'll have to wait I have to put a party together." Terrible customer service. We love Chili's but we won't be back to this one. Needless to say we left and Bakers square got our lunch money.

  Had the Soup and Salad special. The Fresco Salad was good, but the main ingredient in the house salad and the soups is cheese. The chili was not good, I have had better chili at Wendy's or from a can. There were three of us and it took them half an hour to bring us soup and salad.

  It was an ok experience. The service wasn't the fastest, but our server was understandable and nice.
  
  The unlimited soup and salad was delicious and it comes with a large basket of chips!! So yummy!! Weird thing happened with the bill though, but our server said she would work it out.
  
  Overall, if you are in a rush for a work lunch I would 75% recommend it as you will not be able to eat the unlimited soup and salad unlimitedly, but it is cheap!!

  Never Again!!! Went for lunch and got soup and salad. Took longer to get soup an salad than it did for the whole restaurant to get their meals. Waitress was slow and didn't have any interest in working.
