  I ordered bakers dozen, through the drive thru and person asked if I wanted them toasted, I said yes....like I always do. Get to my meeting at work and to my surprise not toasted...called back to the store and was told that their people would never ask if you would like 13 bagels toasted because by the time you get to where you have to go they would be hard. I explained to the manager I always get them that way and that's the way I ordered them. He told me to bring them back and he would toast them, I clearly explained I was at work and couldn't at that moment....the he said well being them after you get off. I'm no genius but I explained to him you want me to bring these bagels back after a 8 hour shift to be toasted. Unacceptable....I am very disappointed in the way the manager handled the situation and how I was talked to. P.S. Just Give ME what I ordered.

  Well let me first start off by saying that the food here is incredible. Everything is always beautifully prepared and made with love. The only thing that tops the food is the spectacular customer service. Not only are the employees always very kind and respectfully but they are also willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Today for example, after dinning in , an employee came by to get my plate so that i wouldn't have to walk all the way to the trash which was a very kind thing to do. However about 10 mins later i realized that on my plate wrapped in a tiny little napkin was my extremely expensive mouth retainer. Panic immediately set in . The first thing i did was ask the gentleman who took my plate if he remembered which trash he went to. At this point i expected for him to just say no and to go about his business , but luckily he instead proceeded to dig through the trash in an attempt to find my missing retainer. When the first trash can was no luck, another employee came over to help as well. These employees( Maurice & Marty) in my opinion deserved the utmost praise and respect because they both took their time and looked through every single gross piece of trash all while maintaining a positive attitude the entire time. Eventually we had to call for the manager so that the big trash could be checked. The manger Jeremy was also extremely supportive and helpful in every possible way which was greatly appreciated of course. After a very long search, my retainer was finally found all thanks the extremely helpful Panera staff ! I will most definitely be coming back here to eat and id recommend this particular one to anyone else looking for great customer service and a bite to eat.

  I used the app on my phone to order breakfast. It was there when I walked in. Which meand i had breakfast today. Good motuvation to get uolp early and actually eat before work
