  On numerous occasions this location has made my order wrong, not given me all of my order, or has rung it up wrong. Attempts to speak to management have NOT fixed the situation. I have previously worked at McDonald's and know how things are supposed to work, and this McDonald's could do with much improvement. The food itself, when my order is correct, is to my satisfaction. My only complaint is the service and the employees not paying enough attention to the orders on the screen. There is much to be desired at this location, and I am on the verge of taking my business elsewhere. I'm not going to stop giving McDonald's my business altogether, but this specific location is very close to losing it.

  Right in the middle of downtown Chicago, it was the largest McDonalds I'd been in. It was neat because it contained a neat mini museum with a lot of neat historical pieces. Many sitting areas to simply enjoy your time. Lots of windows to look out and see the life of the city.
